The Chinese Smartphone manufacturer Gionee is going to world’s
slimmest Smartphone “Gionee Elife S5.5” at 15 March 2014 in China. Gionee
announced that the device will be available over 40 countries soon after its initial
launch and consumers will also get a 4G LTE variant of the Smartphone in June
2014. The Elife S5.5 is just 5.5mm thick that may just be the slimmest Smartphone
in the world.
The Elife S5.5 is a single SIM Smartphone runs on Android
4.2 Jelly Bean OS. This slimmest Smartphone features a 5-inch display with 1.7GHz
octa-core CPU coupled with 2GB of RAM. 13-megapixel rear shooter with LED flash
and a 5-megapixel front camera for video calls offer real taste of snapping
experience.
